Redemption Voice Music

Redemption Voice Music is the artistic and worship expression of Redemption Voice Canada. It is a gospel ministry dedicated to evangelism, praise, and worship through music, with the conviction that music can truly change lives.

Founded over 18 years ago, the project has been actively carried out in Burundi and Canada, using gospel music as a channel for spiritual renewal, encouragement, and connection. Through songs and live performances, Redemption Voice Music seeks to restore hope and speak to hearts that feel discouraged or searching for direction.

At the core of Redemption Voice Music is a message of transformation through redemption. 

The project serves particularly the Burundian and diaspora communities as well as immigrant populations, including many from Burundi and East Africa, by creating spaces where people can gather, celebrate their identity, reconnect with their faith, and experience unity through worship.

This mission comes to life through: 

Concerts and live worship events, Original gospel songs and recordings, Audiovisual productions that extend the reach of the message.

Over the years, the ministry’s work has received international recognition, including:

• BEFFTA Awards (UK, 2013)

• Groove Awards Kenya (2013)

• A nomination at the KORA Awards

• Top Ten Tube Awards (2012)

• Pamoja Awards in Burundi (2018)

These milestones have helped establish Redemption Voice Music as a respected gospel ministry within the African and diaspora gospel landscape.

In June 2025, Redemption Voice Canada organized a major international concert at the Dôme de Bruxelles, gathering between 900 and 1,000 participants from several European countries. 

The entire team traveled from Canada, supported by volunteers and international collaborators, delivering an event marked by excellence, professionalism, and unity.

The same year, Redemption Voice Music released six new songs, reaching over a million ofviews on YouTube, further expanding its audience and influence within the African diaspora.

Beyond numbers, the impact has been deeply human and spiritual. Many participants and listeners expressed feelings of being encouraged, strengthened, and inspired. 

This project has also demonstrated how immigrant youth can carry out largescale international initiatives and use their talents to convey positive, faithcentered messages.

Today, Redemption Voice Music continues to grow as a ministry of worship and cultural expression, using music not only to be heard, but to heal, unite, and transform.
