The story of Redemption Voice began in 2007 in Burundi, with the creation of Redemption Voice Music, a gospel music group that emerged within a faithbased context and a desire to serve God through music. Over the years, what began as a small group of believers united by prayer and worship, grew into a recognized ministry through music productions, community services, and live worship experiences that resonated across cultures.

In 2022, Redemption Voice Music officially established its presence in Canada, marking a key milestone in its international development. This expansion opened new opportunities for artistic collaboration, live events, and digital outreach, allowing Redemption Voice to connect with broader and more diverse audiences.
Over time, this artistic initiative and expansion laid the foundation for a broader vision—one that would later expand beyond music alone: The need for a more formal structure capable of supporting creative projects while engaging meaningfully with communities, partners, and institutions.
In October 2023, Redemption Voice Canada (RVCA) became an officially incorporated non-profit organization, strengthening its capacity to operate with accountability, clarity, and long-term vision.
Today, RVCA operates as an integrated ecosystem combining artistic creation, media production, and community engagement to serve diverse audiences in Canada and beyond.
•Redemption Voice Canada (RVCA) – The parent organization, providing strategic direction, governance, partnerships, and institutional leadership.
•Redemption Voice Music – The artistic pillar focused on gospel music production, worship experiences, and live performances.
•Sofia Times Media (STM) – The media pillar dedicated to educational, cultural, and community-focused content creation and distribution.
•Community & Impact – A transversal focus area supporting engagement, mobilization, and sustainable relationships with communities and partners.
Redemption Voice Canada is more than a music collective. It is a community-driven non-profit organization that leverages arts and media as tools for cultural expression, community impact, and inclusive storytelling.
From Burundi (2007) to Canada (2022), and through its incorporation in 2023, Redemption Voice Canada continues to grow with purpose, bringing hope, creativity and unity to build meaningful impact across generations.
